Below, you'll find the answers to the most common questions asked before deciding to turn your property into a short-term rental.

No, the commission stays the same throughout the year. This is the most transparent method, as we make money in proportion to your revenue – no more and no less.

The Landlord will have access to our online portals to show the status of the rented property. Your property calendar and earnings are live on the portal, so you always see exactly how much you will earn from each booking.

Yes. Property insurance is a requirement from DTCM to have your property live as a Holiday Home. You can do thisyourself with any insurer of your choice, or we can do this for you. The cost is between AED 500 and 1800 per year, depending on the size and value of the property.

If there are no bookings, we dont make any money. Hence, our incentives with our clients are aligned – we want to get you the most bookings, as that is how we earn our fee.

There is a yearly DTCM license fee for each property, paid by the owner. The price is between AED 370 and 1200.

We carry a complete checklist at check-in and check-out, thoroughly inspecting your property to ensure everything is in perfect condition. In the event of damage, we handle all aspects and correct the situation to ensure. We take a security deposit from every guest booking to cover any damages that might occur.

Of course, we offer furnishing and furniture packages and will help guide you through the process to make your home guest-ready.

Yes, we offer flexibility, and you can book your property, stay in it, and enjoy your holiday home.

We send out payouts on or before the 15th of every month for rental proceeds incurred during the previous month. If the 15th falls on a weekend or public holiday, the payout might be postponed to the next working day.

All statements (including Incomes/Expenses statements & transactions) are updated on or before the 10th of each month for the previous months incurred transaction.
